I reserve the right to refuse a commission based. I do not have to provide you with a reason as to why your commission is being denied.
You will be sent an invoice. You are required to pay the invoice upfront and in full before any work will begin on your commission.
During the process of your commission you will be informed in real-time of the updates. I periodically provide screenshots through the sketching process and will ask you if you want things changed or altered. Customers get two free changes to the piece that are outside of corrections - say if I've forgotten a detail on your character. After those two changes, each change requires a 5$ fee, paid upfront.
If you ask for a refund you will be required to pay for the work I have already done and will be returned the portion of money that did not go into the work. You will pay for the work already done for your commission up until the point you decided to end our deal. I will provide you with the image or document of what has already been done and nothing more.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my tos, whether you have read it through or not and as such you will be held to these rules through the entire process.
